Global Safety Contest
We host Safety Contest, with enthusiastic participation from every department across the company. The event reflects our strong commitment to a safe and healthy workplace, fostering teamwork and innovative safety practices. Through impressive presentations and demonstrations, each team showcased exceptional safety awareness. After winning the NCMG Safety Contest, the winning team will then represent our NCMG at the Global Safety Contest organized by the Nisshinbo Group.
POSH Training
We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. As part of this commitment, we regularly conduct POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training for all employees.
